From residential schools to community based support provision, we believe that your needs and requirements are the centre of the work we do.
One of our unique processes includes ensuring that we engage in a meaningful conversation with the primary caregivers of our participants first and making sure that we offer tailored individualised care regardless of age and background, we know that each individual requires specific approach that is unique to what they want to achieve.
Whether it’s involving small day-to-day tasks or assisting in transitioning to independent living, our highly-skilled and friendly staff will ensure that our services are focused on realising the long-term goals of each person we help:
Staffed with highly skilled care providers, SISS aims to support and contribute to the community by providing compassionate personal support to our clients – it could be you , your valued friends, loved ones and family members that may find living day-to-day-life a challenge.
Serenity Individualised Support Services embraces one of the main principles of the NDIS:
“The NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing in people with disability early to improve their outcomes later in life.”

DVA SUPPORTS
Supported Independent Living
Sometimes referred to as “shared accommodation”, Supported Independent Living (SIL) , is a type of NDIS support where a person living with a disability is given the opportunity to live and share day-to-day tasks with other people. More importantly, supported in everyday tasks such as cleaning, cooking and personal care
Assisting with Daily Personal Skills
Cooking, cleaning, learning to use money properly, learning to catch public transport – these are everyday skills that are essential for everyday life. Supporting people with disabilities in improving daily living skills means they are on the path to learning and completing these skills independently.
NDIS Support Coordination
An NDIS Plan helps people living with disabilities decide on which service providers are best to work with. Some may want to do this themselves by finding and coordinating disability services on their own, however, it can prove to be challenging.
If finding the right disability provider is proving to be difficult, you may want to take advantage of the Support Coordination option in your plan.
Community Nursing
Our goal is for our community nurses to provide support and enhance the quality of life of such individuals as well as to provide much-needed support to their families and primary care givers who can also greatly benefit from the help of community nurses. It helps relieve stress and ease their mind knowing that their loved ones are in good hands.
Household Tasks
SISS is staffed with qualified registered carers who provide specific care and support to people living with learning disabilities.
Registered Care
People living with disabilities often find simple household tasks difficult to complete. Some might get extremely frustrated while some simply give up. Whatever the age, whether young or old, learning to execute household tasks properly will lead to a better, brighter and more independent life in the future.
